How it works

  • Cupping uses soft silicone cups to create gentle suction on the skin and fascia. This lifting effect encourages blood flow, lymphatic drainage, and tissue mobility, easing tightness and supporting healing.

  • Kinesiology taping involves applying specialised elastic tape directly to the skin. The tape gently lifts the skin to reduce pressure on sensitive tissues, while supporting muscles and joints dynamically — without limiting your natural movement.

Cupping and kinesiology taping are not offered as stand-alone treatments, but may be included where they best complement your massage and extend its benefits.
