Helping people relieve pain, recover from injury, and stay active for 20 years.
I’m Cheryl, an experienced clinical and sports massage therapist based in Bromley. I hold the UK’s highest sports massage qualification and am a member of the Sports Massage Association so you can be confident you are in safe hands.
Who I work with
I work with a wide range of clients including:
office workers experiencing neck, shoulder, or back pain
runners, gym-goers, and active individuals
amateur sports people recovering from training or injury
people managing long-term or persistent pain
older adults wanting to maintain mobility.
My aim is to help you achieve your goals and the best outcome, whether you need help with a specific issue, support to stay active and moving well, or time to unwind and reset.
My journey into bodywork
After a ten-year career in corporate banking, it felt the right time to pursue my long-held interest in massage therapy. Following my initial training in the UK, my fascination with traditional Eastern bodywork took me to India to train in Ayurvedic massage, and later to Bali where I lived and went on to train in traditional Balinese massage. These experiences continue to influence my work today, bringing together traditional Eastern and Western bodywork.
Massage therapy is a truly rewarding profession, and my passion for delivering high-quality treatments and helping clients lead active, pain-free lives remains as strong as ever.
